Create Your Ritual

Rest the TheraPro across your back, shoulders, or legs, or lie on it on your bed or couch. Choose your heat level, turn on the red light, and select a PEMF setting. Typical sessions last 20–40 minutes. Pair yours with a cup of tea, a good book, or simply a few uninterrupted minutes of quiet.

PEMF Settings

• P1 – 3 Hz: the slowest, most soothing rhythm, ideal for an evening wind-down
