Create Your Ritual

Lay the TheraPro on your bed, couch, or floor and rest your back, shoulders, or legs on it, or drape it wherever you'd like warmth. Choose your heat level, turn on the red light, and select a PEMF setting. Typical sessions last 20–40 minutes. Pair yours with a calming playlist, a journal, or simply a few uninterrupted minutes of quiet.

PEMF Settings

• P1 – 3 Hz: the slowest, most soothing rhythm, ideal for an evening wind-down
• P2 – 8 Hz: inspired by the Earth's natural Schumann resonance, a grounding everyday setting
• P3 – 10 Hz: a calm, centered rhythm for before meditation, journaling, or creative time
